If I could only touch your face
be wormed by your gentle grace.
If I could only hold your hand
hold you in the place we stand.
If my lips could only know your kiss
join you in a moment of bliss.
If I could only see your smile
behold your love for a little while.
At times when I dream of you
it feels so good it must be true.
And when I wake I find your gone
I wish you where here at the crack of dawn.
for Ducky,
Silence is the sound not heard.
Stillness is the action not seen.
in silence we here who whispers
in stillness we see who remains
Listen to the silence.
Watch the stillness.
for much is not to be heard
and more is not to be seen
for you,
A vine draped on a tree
A lamb placed on an alter
A tear from a fathers eyes
A bridge for all to cross
A hope for all to get home
A place of gentle rest
A light for all to see
A place of lasting love
A place all my own
A bandege on a broken world
A rose for ashes of destruction
A way to live a good life
Two arms ready to embrace
for StoL,
A crystal pond,
for a fragile human world.
A silent stone,
for a gentel lamb slane.
A sleeping fish,
woken by a wave of love.
A silent ripple,
from one to another spoken.
A story of old,
the life we live today.
A ray of light,
from morning still to come.
A reaveling day,
of a pond rippled with life.
for
StoL,
In a world of dark where cruel things lark In the bitter of night when things just aren't right Or out in the cold
to scared to be bold A light to dim on a pole to slim That bends in the wind to the ground as if pined If your life
is like this void of all bliss Try to smile It may take a while But in a short time bells will but chime For in
your dark world a smile has lit
for maysa,
I opened my eyes to the light of the world And there I saw your smile I sat up from in the midst of my little toys And
there I saw your smile I tried to walk to you but fell down again And there I saw your smile I stood up from the
dirt with bloody hands And there I saw your smile I got home from school with tears in my eyes And there I saw your
smile I needed to talk about so many new things And there I saw your smile I gave you a hug and said good bye And
there I saw your smile I turned-round to see if you were still there And there I saw your smile I woke up this morning
and in my mind There I saw your smile
for mom,
When flowers bloom in the desert sand And petals unfold like an opening hand And a sprinkled rainfall showers down
Settling on the ground like a silver crown
After that the flower stands alone Scorched by sun, wind and flying
stone Torn apart, ripped into tattered shreds Its wonderful petals now simple threads
When a flower dies beneath
the moving sand And is covered in that wich made it stand And there it lies underneath never found Passes its
life unto a seed in the ground
Waiting for that one cold day The whole world just seems to pray For showers
to bring back from doom This simple desert springtime bloom
for StoL,
I colored my hair in dark blue dye to hide the shame I felt inside I
pierced my tong to see if it hurt when you looked at me with cold eyes my world was lost in your mind so made my
home in oblivion I tried to make you scream in fear and lost my self in angry rage I never meant to make you cry
just wanted you to see my hurt but my home is in oblivion look at me and what do you see is it my pain and fear
or more this and that are both the same really Im just lost in side my mind a cold dark place in oblivion
for
dad,
green is life
the food we eat
blue is life
the stuff we drink
yellow is life
that makes green grow
that makes waves upon blue blow
for StoL,
A silver tear
on a pale red cheek
a breath of wind
through soft brow hair
a place of rest
a pillow soft and growing cold
an empty chair
around a warm winter stove
two tender eyes
looking down from above
tenderly watching
a child on his way home
a silent prayer
to a heart of compassion
a gentle hand
leading all the way
a golden tear
on a pale white cheek
two mothers arms
to the door opening wide
for mom,
I lived in a little box
Warm and happy with all my kind
Nice and cozy I spent my days
Till one day I got shook up
My box was opened, light came in
Spun around and tipped right over
Drowning in cloudy white sea
I try to swim, but unlucky for me
I have no arms or legs to use
Gaping in horror I see you there
Like a mountain high and strong
Looking happy like nothing is wrong
Lifted up I fly away
Its cold up hear, it could be me
My skin is soaked and I am limp
Scared and alone, cold and wet
My kind call me with open mouths
Almost here a cave is coming near
I gasp for breath and all I find
Is more white liquid even here
Why do you call me a Cheerio?
